Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

7. Local Pickup & Unclaimed Orders

Customers who select Local Pickup will receive notification by email and/or text message when their order is ready.

We ask that pickup orders be collected within 60 days of the pickup notification.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address and/or phone number provided before taking any further action.

If an order remains unclaimed for more than 60 days, and we are unable to reach you, the order may be considered abandoned at our discretion.

In keeping with our mission of serving our community, abandoned orders may be donated through Just A Dad From Akron's community outreach initiatives to individuals experiencing homelessness or other members of our community in need.

If additional time is needed, please contact us before the 60-day period expires. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for additional pickup time whenever practicable.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our published Returns & Refund Policy.

We may, at our sole discretion to deny returns that do not meet our stated return requirements.

9. Community Events

Participation in community events is voluntary.

By participating, you acknowledge that certain activities involve inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for your own participation.

Submitting a speaking engagement request is considered an inquiry only and does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.

Speaking engagements are confirmed only after:

• Availability has been verified.

• Event details have been mutually agreed upon.

• Any required agreements have been completed.

Acceptance of speaking engagements is solely at the discretion of Just A Dad From Akron.

12. Speaking Engagement Changes

Just A Dad From Akron reserves the right to reschedule or cancel speaking engagements due to illness, emergencies, severe weather, travel disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule whenever possible.

Customers may choose to purchase apparel intended for donation through our outreach initiatives.

By making a sponsored apparel purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Sponsored apparel purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
